Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The remote monitoring service for elderly people is a service that allows a family to monitor an elderly living in remote. Since many countries are faced with an aging society, the remote monitoring service is promising to increase a quality of life of consumers (i.e., elderlies and families). In our research, we have a long goal to develop a personalized service which provides value add service for consumers. To accomplish the goal, we need a method which classifies a wide variety of remote monitoring service at some perspectives. Because, if we could classify remote monitoring service at some methods, then we would provide consumers a comfortable service based on the classification method. In this paper, we propose a classification method of remote monitoring service at some perspectives. Specifically, the proposed method provide us to classify at two viewpoints of "for what" and "why". Also, we classify some remote monitoring service with the proposed method. In addition to this, we design an application (called MimaS Finder) based on the classification which enables consumers to select a remote monitoring service.
