| Abstract(in English) | The application called "Rumor-Radio", which bring out the charm of the city using voice synthesis was developed. This is a system, in which speech is automatically flow by approaching the place which this collects the rumors in the city with the position information, arranges those collected rumors on WebMap. By listening information which only locals know, we are able to find new creativity and communication. This paper describes the concept of Rumor Radio, the system constitution, and by the experimental results of around Enoden line, consider contents of rumors and playing method. |
