Abstract(in English) We have examined the property of wind direction perception at the frontal region of head by measuring just noticeable difference (JND) in order to find a guideline for optimal arrangement of wind source. However, in previous studies, JND was smaller than arrangement interval. Thus, in this study, we measured detailed JND by narrowing arrangement interval of wind source. We presented local wind using a single fan following many existing wind display systems and more natural uniform wind enclosing the entire face, and compared JND values for these conditions.
