Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, recipe recommendation systems focusing on user's taste preferences have been actively studied. However, most of manually created cooking recipes do not have detailed description about consumption of seasonings. This paper proposes a framework for recommending consumption data of seasonings that are measured as numerical data by automated measuring systems. In our framework, the proposed recommendation method first extracts "taste clusters" by clustering a set of the seasoning consumption data and then apply a technique of collaborative filtering to the taste clusters. The effectiveness of the proposed method was roughly demonstrated by an experiment.
