Abstract(in English) | We have an important issue of cooking support systems to quantify a person's cooking workmanship and explain how to cook plainly. This paper focuses on a simmering process and does its modeling of both frequency component and luminance of simmered surface states. We propose a cooking interface to understand cooking workmanship simply by making the cooking state corresponding to their onomatopoeic words. |
