Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper describes the experience of cooking through monitoring temperature changing on grilling. The authors conducted experiments on cooking with a system consisting of the sensor embedded frying-pan, a monitor showing temperature graph, and special recipes prepared for the experiments. This paper analyzes, considers the results, and discusses future possibility and expandability of this system such as supporting difficult culinary arts that requires a split-second decision or low temperature grilling taking a long period of time.
