Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose an approach to share information with device collaboration under disaster. To support evacuation place without Internet access due to a disaster, our device collaboration realizes resilient information sharing that allows evacuees to share disaster information among devices with a HTML 5 browser by connecting to a public wireless LAN and launching the browser. Evaluations show that evacuees can share information without Internet access and installing dedicated application in their smartphone.
