Abstract(in English) This paper presents a secure document management framework to reduce the risk of unauthorized data disclosure in organizational networks. This model protects confidential information against unauthorized disclosure. It also guarantees data confidentiality, integrity and support for non-repudiation. The model is effective in preventing intentional data propagation which can be perpetrated by company's insiders. (Also known as insider threat) The model utilizes a combination of PKI cryptosystem and an XML based meta-data embedding approach to protect confidential documents.
