Abstract(in English) This report investigates behavior of a pair of batteries: each battery starts to charge depending on both the past (i.e., delayed) power price and the battery level. In our previous study [Fukunaga et al., IEICE Tech. Rep. NLP2013-41(2013)], we showed that their dynamics can be described by a one-dimensional piecewise linear map. However, it was not easy to grasp the analytical result. In this report, we show that a phase plane allows us to simplify the analytical results. Our results are demonstrated by some numerical simulations.
