Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Distributed array radar system consists of two or more small-scale subarray antennas, which synthesizes the outputs of each subarray antenna to improve detection performance. Generally, the problem of distributed array radar system is oppression of a side lobe. Additionally, if applying optimization technique to arrange subarray antennas on three-dimensional space, the computation burden is serious problem. This paper proposes three-dimensional antenna arrangement technique by using some antenna arrangement areas perpendicular to radar front direction. And to reduce execution time, we set the step width used for evaluation area reduction as one fourth of a beam width. By limiting evaluation area, with the execution time for 26 seconds, we can get the antenna arrangement of which a side lobe level is -11dB.
