Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, a method for multiple sound source tracking by two microphones is proposed. In our previous work, the summed MUSIC (Multiple Signal Classification) spectrum was used under an assumption of speech sparseness. A penalty function was added to an evaluation function of PSO for avoiding the spatial aliasing and catching true peaks. However, the method required an excess extra procedure. Therefore, a simple method for calculation of penalty function is proposed. In the proposed method, the denominator of MUSIC spectrum is used. Several experiments were conducted in an actual room to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
