Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, a PLL is used for compensating frequency non-linearity of voltage controlled oscillators (VCO) in frequency-modulated continuous-wave radar system as a local oscillator. However, the discreteness of frequency and frequency setting period causes non-linearity of frequency modulation. Thus, spurs appear in the beat signal. In this paper, local oscillator which consists of PLL is modeled and the frequencies of spurs are calculated. Furthermore, we confirmed the accuracy of the model by comparing experimental results.
