Abstract(in English) Recently, the millimeter wave frequency bands are explored to enhance the radio resource. A low loss millimeter wave filters are also required. In this paper, a coplanar type circular slot resonator (CCSR) with high unloaded Q is proposed. The resonant modes of CCSR are used a dual mode. Therefore, a 2-pole bandpass filter is able to constituted using a one resonator. A 30GHz 2-pole bandpass filter using the CCSR is designed and fabricated. The results are verified the usefulness of the proposed CCSR.
