Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, we first present a millimeter-wave open-circuited spiral resonator, and its basic properties are examined by using an electromagnetic simulator. And then, a millimeter-wave CMOS bandpass filter(BPF) with attenuation poles is proposed by using the presented resonators. In addition, the characteristics of a dual spiral resonator which improved the open-circuited spiral resonator are examined by same approach of the first resonator. Moreover, a 60/120 GHz-band CMOS dual-band BPF using the dual spiral resonators. As a result, we have confirmed that the passband characteristics in 60/120 GHz-band and four attenuation poles near the passband are realized simultaneously.
