Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the previous report, authors showed the shielding effect by dielectric wires with conductivity. They achieved the numerical studies on the transmission attenuation of the array for EM plane waves. Since the field suppression effect comes from the cancelation by the scattering waves caused by thin wires, the desired scattering waves should be the wave with the same amplitude and inverse polarity of the incident plane wave. Basing on this fact, the desired current distribution can be derived by the features of the scattering wave. Authors derived the relations between the currents and electrical fields at pre-assigned points. And they derived the formula to give the wire impedances using the current values. The procedure is one of the syntheses of wire arrays. Some numerical examples are shown to confirm the process.
