Abstract(in English) This paper reports development of the auto-setting methodology of the center frequency and fractional bandwidth for the higher-order radio frequency recursive filters. First, the authors fabricated with the radio frequency reconfigurable filter chip. It was seen that 4-pole Butterworth band-pass filter response can be synthesized by two original 2-pole band-pass filter responses. Furthermore, the 4-pole response is able to be tuned continuously in a wide frequency range. Then, the authors discussed about auto-setting methodology of a center frequency and fractional bandwidth for the recursive filter cores, and it is shown how the auto-setting is performed. Finally, it is demonstrated about auto-setting methodology of a center frequency and fractional bandwidth for the synthesized 4th-order Butterworth recursive filters and how it works.
