Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the case of the unsteady state that a condition and the arrival process of various visitors fluctuate with time I suggested "Actively, Adaptively Controlled Queuing" (AACQ) which was the system that I followed it, and a queue system could control characteristic quantity adaptively and evaluated it. In this report, the work load of an arriving visitor suggests a model called "class width control" as control in AACQ about control when the different situation, a visitor are non-homogeneous every visitor, and inspection evaluates the effect. I inspect presence and effectiveness of the superiority by comparing mean waiting time by the control using the class width control for a non-homogeneous visitor or the rate of operation of the server with other models and consider the effect.
