| 抄録(和) | 時計遺伝子機構と細胞周期機構は多くの生物において主要な生体リズム形成機構である.細胞周期機構は,時計遺伝子機構により同調,制御されていることが知られている[4].我々はGerardとGoldbeterらによって提案されているモデル[1]を論理的手法という新しいアプローチを用いて再検証することを目的としている.本稿では,それに先駆けて同手法を用いてLeloupとGoldbeterらによって提案されている時計遺伝子機構[4]のモデル化を行った.得られた状態推移図から、特定の遺伝子からなる回路のシステム全体における働きを調べることのできる、circuit functionality解析についても述べる。 |
| 抄録(英) | The cell division cycle and the circadian clock are two major cellular rhythms in many kinds of organisms. The cell cycle is entrained by the circadian clock, as modeled by Gerard and Goldbetter (2012) [1]. To further our understanding of this coupled system, we wish to analyze the role and functionality of the regulatory circuits composing the underlying network. Using the software GINsim, we adapted the Gerard-Golbeter model into the logical formalism. Here we compare our model's behavior with the original model and experimental data, before proceeding with an analysis of circuit functionality. |
