| 抄録(和) | GINsimは論理的手法を用いた遺伝子制御回路の解析ツールであり、特定の遺伝子によって作られる回路の働きとその状態推移を生成する機能を持つ。この回路には、システムの挙動に影響を与える機能的な部分と影響を与えない非機能的な部分があるが、回路内に別の経路が存在する場合本来機能的であるはずの部分回路が非機能的として扱われてしまう場合がある。サイクルをもつ状態推移を生成する簡単な遺伝子制御回路を用いて、この性質を調べたので報告する。 |
| 抄録(英) | The functionality context of a circuit defines the region of the state space where a circuit yields a specific behavior : oscillations of multistationarity. As such, circuit functionality is a promising tool to analyze the behavior of gene regulatory networks. However, when circuits contain shortcuts, the results remain difficult to interpret, as the region of the state space where they are functional is too small to display the expected behavior. Accordingly, such circuits are considered non-functional in the software GINsim. Yet it is possible to build a functional example. Here we present a detailed analysis of such a circuit. |
