Abstract(in English) In this paper, we proposed a simplified mathematical model to evaluate group controll algorithms for multi-car single-shaft elevators. This model is based on Markon et al.'s S-ring model that is a simplified mathematical model to evaluate group controll algorithms for single-car multi-shaft elevators, and inherits modeling and analysis powers from S-ring. We applied the proposed model to performance evaluation for typical three types of group controll algorithms of multi-car elevators, and confirmed validity of our model.
