Abstract(in English) In late years, with the spread of electric apparatuses, the further performance enhancement of a used circuit is demanded. Therefore I paid my attention in this study about Extremely High Frequency amplification circuit. Characteristics of the amplification circuit included a gain, a bandwidth, but I put an important point in the bandwidth in particular from this and it was high-performance as possible and considered an amplification circuit available about technique to design in wideband more.
