Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We develop a life cycle model of "BA" which enables its participants to solve his/her problem and be tied to resources of innovation. Additionally, we quantify the effect of "BA" by using questionnaire survey for the participants. Our research questions are to clarify motivation and satisfaction to participate in "BA". We analyze a relationship between motivation and satisfaction of participants, and the effect of a facilitator on their communication. Our analysis shows the satisfaction at work and relationship are high. Additionally, we found two perceptions from the life-cycle model of "BA". First, the satisfaction at clarification of self-emotion and problem enhances continuous participation and invitation people to "BA". Second, the communication with facilitator enhances satisfaction at relationship and clarification of self-emotion and problem.
