Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, server consolidation using virtualization is increasing and needs for IT system operation automation are increasing, as well. To shift to automated operation, it is necessary to analyze many operation manuals and to standardize procedures, but it is difficult to do them manually. Therefore we have developed a function to support system operation standardization by extracting common procedures from operation manuals. In the developed function, operation manuals are divided into optimum partial procedures to improve efficiency of automation design, and integrated based on the similarity of them. Moreover, common procedures are estimated in the integrated procedures. Our proposal method is applied to actual operation manuals, and we have confirmed that the standardization of procedures can be able to proceed efficiently.
