Abstract(in English) | In business analysis, by grasping the current image of business processes (AsIs) of a company, clarifying and realizing the ideal future image (ToBe), effects such as improvement of service quality and reduction of operation costs are expected. TMF Business Process Framework (eTOM), as a business process ToBe reference model for the information and communication servicer providers, has been utilized in business analysis. This presentation will introduce the overview of eTOM, focusing on the level 2 processes, and describe its usage (creation of End-to-End process flow) in business analysis. |
