Abstract(in English) | This paper discusses a possible challenge in deploying periodogram for the purpose of spectrum sensing. Some variants of periodogram have been analyzed in their respective performance of detecting a sinusoid with varying phase, in the presence of noise. Simulation results reveal that the probability of detection is satisfactory only when the SNR is higher than -6dB, and the rate of phase change is relatively low as compared to the sampling rate. |
