Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | From the viewpoint of the efficient use of frequency resources, we are investigation the introduction of additional system in the operation area of the existing system, since the existing system does not necessarily covers all its area. In this case, it is essential to assure no harmful interference from the additional system, not so as to degrade the existing system. For this purpose, this manuscript describes the configuration of the signal detection scheme and its detection performance characteristics, which is composed of the signal cancellation and the feature detection schemes, since the signal detector simultaneously receives both signals of the existing and additional systems. The performance characteristics are obtained for the OFDM signal by means of the analytical method and software simulation, which are expressed in the term of the probability of "probability of correct detection". We address the performance characteristics for the power ratio of the two signals in the existing and additional systems. As a result, it is clarified that there exist the power-ratio value extents in which the signal cancellation is essentially required. The simple estimation method of the detection performance is shown, which uses the detected values of the detector. In addition, we indicate the Machine-to-Machine communication, in which our signal detection scheme can be applied. |
