Abstract(in English) We can often understand the pedestrian from the footstep in the limited condition since the human footstep has characteristics due to a gait, footwear and floor environment. The footstep analysis to realize the footstep identification and the walking state system has been investigated. The footstep based personal identification system achieves the novel surveillance system. This paper provides a footstep identification using Hidden Malkov Model and cepstra.
