Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a network controlling model which enables swift change of logical connection among multiple user premises by using network virtualization technology. The proposed model can realize an efficient remote collaboration environment in which network users can switch to a suitable virtual network in a short time which connects members of ongoing business tasks. In this model, a virtual network switching device, placed in a user's premise, is proposed. The device controls mappings between a network in a user premise and a virtual network which inter-connects user premises. This paper shows the prototype of the virtual network switching device and shows the result of the trial use of it with the use of JGN-X network virtualization platform.
