| 抄録(和) | 「オペレーション(OP)が,運営主体によってあらかじめ定められたプランに則って運営され,理由の如何によらずそれが阻害されないこと」と定義できる「一般化したセキュリティ」を対象に,情報理論を敷衍する形の定式化手法について述べた.また,情報理論の大元となった通信のモデルとの構造的な同一性から,一般化したセキュリティそのもの,すなわち「プランに規定されたOPがいかにその通りスムーズに実施されているか」についての評価尺度,及びインシデントがOP実施に及ぼす影響度を表す指標について論じた. |
| 抄録(英) | Contemplating the generalized definition of the security, namely "The operation of the entity, as planned by the subject, undisturbed by any inhibitors", we introduce its formulation method by amplifying information theory. Furthermore, considering profound similarity, or identical structure between the generalized security and communication, we also discuss the quantified magnitude of the security, i.e. how smoothly the operation runs under the plan, and the index of incidents affecting the operation. |
