| 抄録(和) | 真の接触部は見かけの接触面に比べて非常に小さいので、そこを流れる電流は絞り込まれ集中する。これに起因する接触抵抗は集中抵抗と呼ばれている。集中抵抗は空間電位を与えるLaplaceの方程式の境界値問題として解かれてきた。しかし、電流の流れを決めるのに電位分布だけでは不十分で、電磁気学的には電流自身による磁界の発生と電流との鎖交を考慮しなければ片手落ちである。そこで、ここでは、真の円形接触面が一個の場合と、接近して存在する二個の場合について、自己磁界の影響を取り上げた。つまり、電流集中に対するその電流自身によるLorentz力の作用を求め考察した。その結果、電流が十分に低い場合は電流集中に対するその影響はあまり大きくないが、電流値が大きくなるとその影響は無視できなくなる。 |
| 抄録(英) | As size of true contact are in contact interface is very small comparing apparent area, the current which flow the true contact area is constricted. Contact resistance caused by this constriction of current is called as constriction resistance. The constriction resistance has been obtained by solving Laplace equation which gives space potential. However, it is not sufficient to determine the constriction resistance only by using potential distribution in space. This is one sidedness, interaction between the current and self-magnetic field should be taken account in consideration. Therefore, here, effect of self-magnetic field on constriction resistance was studied on both for one true contact area and two true contact areas with very close distance. Namely, effect of Lorentz force on constriction op current was deduced. As results, effect of Lorentz force is not effective for lower level current, on the other hand, for higher current, current effect is not ignored |
