Abstract(in English) | Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is powerful tool for biosensing because it can analyze materials sensitively. In this research, for flexible SERS measurement, we fabricated hollow fiber based Raman probe, which formed gold nanostructure on the fiber tip by photochemical deposition or sputtering. Because sputtering allows to form stable gold nanostructures, it produces higher SERS intensity and reproducibility than photochemical deposition. |
