Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Adiabatic principle is one of the techniques for reducing power consumption of the circuit. In this paper, we are comparing the energy consumption of basic logic circuit for implementing the adiabatic principle using an AC power source of one or two phase. As a result, when performing the adiabatic operation with both Pull-down and Pull-up with an AC power supply of two-phase complementary, it is possible to reduce energy consumption effectively.
