Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) With recent increasing of applications for wireless communication, a demand of frequency resource has been quite high. In Intelligent Transport System (ITS), a frequency band assigned to inter-vehicle communication (IVC) is only 10MHz bandwidth in 700MHz frequency band in Japan. In the future, it is unable to meet the demand of the IVC. In this paper, we have proposed a secondary user (SU) channel allocation for a CR-MHIVC (Cognitive Radio - Multi-hop Inter-Vehicle Communication). In IVC, due to high mobility of wireless devices, a distance between vehicles is changed in a short time. PU near the vehicle is also changed in a short time. Due to these reasons, large inter system interference occurs and delay for transmission becomes longer. To overcome this problem, we have proposed predict of interference from PU and end-to-end delay by using PU information (position, frequency band) from DataBase (DB) and SU's mobility information. Then, we assigned channel to each link and select the minimum end-to-end delay flow. Through the computer simulation, we confirm superiority of the proposed joint routing and channel allocation.
