| Abstract(in English) | The compensation for private sound and visual recording to charge for the private uses of contents was established in Japanese copyright law. On the other hand, various technological protection measures are used in these days. Between them, a conflict occurred as a lawsuit. In addition, a lawsuit based on same issue occurred in EU. In this paper, we organize that from the viewpoint of Copyright Law and propose new way of analysis to clarify the definitions for new institution. |
