Abstract(in English) Quality of Service that used today for estimative index of network is quantified performance of network. For example, priority control of packet, a minumum of bandwidth. But today, Quality of Service cannot be applied to estimate index of network because of a flood of new services have different standard and Quality of Service cannot make a connection with there. And so, we focus the Quality of Experience. Quality of Experience evaluate network with a user's eye. In this paper, we quantify performance of network with Quality of Experience and present routing algorithm that can dynamically reconfiguration the communication path by refernce to QoE.
