Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, number of optical cable equipment have increased for the expansion of optical fiber network. Therefore, there is a demand for efficient optical cable transfer work. However, the survice is shotdown among the cable transfer construction, user is influenced. This paper describes optical cable transfer work efficiency by using local-light detection technology and traffic monitoring system not to minimize the effects of survice stop. We produce the protoype of montor tool using local-light detection technology.
