Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, a design method for the IIR (Infinite Impulse Response) filter using the PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) is studied. In the previous work, an avoidance method of local minimum stagnation has been proposed, in which a Gaussian function was added to an objective function as a penalty function. However, a relationship between a design performance and a type of function used is yet unknown. In this study, an effective type of function as the penalty function is studied.
