Abstract(in English) It is difficult to describe and estimate effect of service components in face-to-face service field such as nursing-care service field. This document describes importance of recent product and activity design methodology such as participatory design and propose event database in order to capture the activity in the field subjectively and objectively. Then examples of design support functions are described which would innovate human centered service fields.
