Multiple Auditory Communication using Parametric Speakers

Abstract(in English) In this research, we propose one-to-many communication method using parametric speakers in a large space such as lecture rooms. In parallel with a normal communication from a speaker, she/he can make extra vocal messages to particular audiences at the same time without interrupting her/his talk. The parametric speaker is applicable for aiming a particular direction to make a sound, so we adopt the speaker to make a participant in crowd to listen to the sound that is not so loud for other participants. To select the directions of the parametric speakers, AVR controllers are used for servo controls.
