Abstract(in English) In this paper, we describe the influence of harmonic distortions of RF driving signal on chirp parameter measurement of a Mach-Zehnder modulator. The influence on the measured intrinsic chirp parameter was experimentally verified in the presence of 2nd and 3rd harmonic distortions.
