Abstract(in English) We propose a measurement method of frequency response of PDs, which use Mach Zehnder optical intensity modulator. In this paper, we report the uncertainty of our measurement. The extended uncertainty (k=2) estimated at 20GHz are explained in detail by referring "uncertainty budget sheets." It is also calculated for other frequency points ranging from 10MHz to 20GHz. The maximum uncertainty in this measurement is ±0.342dB at 20GHz.
