Abstract(in English) To generate high-power broadband THz pulse, high-power femtosecond pulse excitation is required. To obtain such a pulse, we construct chirped pulse amplifier system using double clad Yb-doped fiber. Pulse width of 140fs and maximum output power of 2.8W are obtained. However, deterioration of amplified pulse quality was observed. In this paper, we discuss origin of the deterioration and method to improve amplified pulse quality.
