Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) For clear recordings of distant speech, it seems effective to produce a local space, wherein speech-capturing sensitivity is enhanced, around the signal. To this end, we are studying a way to effectively produce such a zone in the horizontal plane, by using a vertical curve-shaped microphone array and the framework of multipoint SPL control. In this report, we try to see how effectively such a zone could be produced varying the number and arrangement of microphones, and varying the number of points where speech-capturing sensitivity is controlled.
