Abstract(in English) The stochastic properties of neurons and the noise in observation hinder the estimation of biophysical parameters in the equations despite the requirement of reconstruction a single neuron in terms of mathematical equations as the fist step of functional brain simulations. Here, we implemented a probabilistic algorithm to estimate the biophysical properties of a neuron in antennal lobe of bombyx mori from physiological data which contain noise. Based on the estimated parameter, we simulated the neuron in silico.
