Abstract(in English) Recently, since mobile terminals such as smart phones which lead a large amount of network access has become widely used, traffic of the mobile communication system has been increasing day by day. To support such increasing network access in the future, newly available frequency is urgently required. To solve this problem, traffic offloading to "white-spaces," which are allocated to existing systems but temporary or specially unused, is currently investigated worldwide and TV band are expected as TV white-spaces (TVWS). In this study, we develop the TVWS database system including the LTE base station and terminal adaptor for TV band by extending the function of TVWS data base to support LTE system.
