Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper studies a simple spiking neuron with filtered base signal. The dynamics depends crucially on the shape of the base signal. The neuron has periodic base signal applying a basic RC-Low Pass Filter to the periodic square source signal. As a key parameter varies, the shape of the base signal varies and the model can exhibit bifurcation phenomena of various periodic/chaotic spike-trains. Typical phenomena including period-doubling bifurcation and border-collision bifurcation can be analyzed by 1D phase map. These phenomena can be also confirmed with the bifurcation sets.
