Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have studied transparent organic light-emitting-diodes(OLED) with cathode of thin metal/MoO_3/Indium-Zinc-Oxide (IZO) structure. The MoO_3 was used for protecting layer by a damage during sputtering of IZO. The Ca was used for improving an electron injection and higher transparency. Obtained luminescence was 740 cd/m^2 and 500 cd/m^2 for top and bottom side, respectively, at 100 mA/cm^2 and transmittance of 78 % at 525 nm was obtained.
