Abstract(in English) | ZnS:Mn phosphor nanoparticles having both high dispersibility and high luminous efficiency have been prepared by liquid-phase synthesis using 3-MPA surfactant to obtain the nanoparticles for ink-jet printing. It has been confirmed that ZnS single crystal phase is formed by increasing the amount of 3-MPA. A high external quantum efficiency of 28.0% and an internal quantum efficiency of 39.5% have been achieved under UV light excitation at 300 nm. |
