Abstract(in English) Paying attention to the effect of pH in the phosphor by solution synthesis, using a microreactor for the purpose of strict control of the synthesis conditions. Incorporating the pH meter into the solution immediately after mixing to the in-situ measurement allow the pH during mixing. Change of the crystallite size was confirmed by a change in pH of the precursor solution also affects the emission efficiency. YVO_4: Bi, Eu red nanophosphor were prepared 50nm. Internal quantum efficiency reached 36% at 300nm under excitation.
