Abstract(in English) | Recently, flexible LCDs using plastic substrates have been expected to become next-generation LCDs due to their lightweight and durability, etc. However, there are some difficulty in realizing high-performance flexible LCDs using conventional fabrication processes, which mainly arise from the weakness of plastic substrates against high temperatures process above 200℃. In this research, we report process technology of high performance flexible MVA-LCDs using Polymer Stabilized Method. |
